Housed in an 8000 sq.ft. unit our toolroom can service tools of up to 4 tonnes in weight with an 18 strong team that has extensive experience in the manufacture of tooling from both hardened and pre-toughened materials.


With the ability to machine complex 3D shapes direct from CAD models downloaded from our design office, our CNC machinists are able to utilise their toolmaking skills in producing cavity shapes and parts that would normally be impractical to produce.
This together with our EDM facility, both sink and wire, presents a formidable force in tool manufacture and enables us to service major areas of the manufacturing industry.
